Our 10'x10' Impact Projection Screen is a 100% commercial polyester golf impact baffle and projection screen is the best dual-use golf net on the market. The materials used during the construction of this netting are thicker and tougher than a normal baffle to provide superior impact protection. Unlike a regular baffle net, this projection screen is designed to be flat and white for video projection while providing phenomenal support from hit golf balls.

Cimarron Sports offers standard UPS and FedEx Ground Delivery within the continental U.S. We will not ship internationally, except for Canada. Hawaii and Alaska customers, please contact our customer service department for more details.
Your order will normally be shipped within 2 business days after placing your order. Please contact our customer service department if your order is being delivered truckline. Our representatives will be happy to assist you in obtaining accurate delivery information and pricing.

We accept returns within 31 days of the invoice date. If a return is needed, please contact us for instructions and a return authorization number. Cimarron Sports reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum charge of $10.00) for unused products and a 25% restocking and reselling fee, if the product has been used. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts, and packaging.
Custom orders and any orders that are cut or altered for you are final. Warranty replacement is available for defective products that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty at any time during the warranty period. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees which are non-refundable.
Should you need to return merchandise, please contact our customer service department to obtain a RMA number. (return merchandise authorization)
Repack the merchandise and return it to the following address. Please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure proper credit.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Cimarron Sports, Inc. is not responsible for items damages or lost in transit.
If you are returning merchandise because it is damaged, defective, or it was an incorrect product, Cimarron Sports will provide a prepaid UPS return label.

THE CIMARRON GUARANTEE: We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase. Products may be returned for a refund within 31 days of the date the product was shipped to you, when returned in accordance with our Return Policy described below. Warranties on product purchases are described below.
WARRANTY: Cimarron Sports warranties its products with a minimum 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing, materials, workmanship defects. We will enthusiastically replace or repair your product at our discretion. See information on Voided Warranties below.
RETURN POLICY: Contact our office at 1-888-846-6517 for Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA#. Depending on reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Items that are drop shipped directly from other manufacturers may be subject to restocking fees determined by those manufacturer's policies. Custom orders are not returnable. REFUSAL OF RETURN/VOIDED WARRANTIES: Products must be installed and maintained properly. Warrantee is void due to dealer or consumer negligence or abuse. Although we strive to meet obligations set forth in our promotional material, we will not be liable for any failure to perform any of such obligations by Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity [or telephone service]or other matters beyond our reasonable control.
SHIPPING DAMAGES: Cimarron Sports is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. We will, however assist you in filing a claim if all of the correct procedures have been carried out. When you receive your shipment, inspect the carton before signing the delivery receipt. Open cartons immediately, check contents against the packing list and examine merchandise for damage. Keep all receipts, cartons and packing materials. Do not move any damaged freight to a different location. Call our office at 800-816-6517 about any freight damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to follow any of the above procedures may invalidate any claim you may have against the carrier.
